Crab Cakes

  1. Pre Heat oven to 450 Degress
  2. Place parchment paper on sheet pan
  3. Place Crab Cakes on paper
  4. Place Crab Cakes on bottom rack
  5. Cook For 8 minutes on bottom rack
  6. Turn Broiler on high(keep on bottom rack)
  7. Cook for 7 minutes until Cakes are golden brown
  8. Total cooking time is 15 minutes
  9. Oyster Rockefeller

    1. Preheat oven at baking temp. of 400 °F.
    2. Thaw Rocks out at room temperature
    3. Remove cheese from oyster
    4. Place on sheet pan & put in pre-heated oven
    5. Cook 10-12 minutes until spinach is lightly brown
    6. Topped with cheese, bake until cheese is melted

    Clams Casino

    1. Preheat oven at baking temp. of 400 °F.
    2. Thaw Clams out at room temperature
    3. Place on sheet pan & put in oven cook 15 minutes
    4. Top with provolone cheese melt until golden brown

    Mushroom Caps

    1. Preheat oven at baking temp. to 400 °F.
    2. Place mushrooms caps on sheet pan & put in oven with little water under caps precook mushrooms for 10 minutes
    3. Place 1 oz. of crab imperial on each cap
    4. Cook 10 minutes until crab starts to brown.
    5. Top caps with imperial topping, bake for 5 minutes until golden brown.

    Crab Dip

    1. Preheat oven at 325 °F
    2. Cook for 20 min. until center is warm
    3. Heat @ 450 until top cheese is melted
    4. Heat bread @ 350 until lightly browned

    Steamed Crabs

    1. Prebroil hot water
    2. Create steam
    3. Place seasoned crabs into boiling pot
    4. DO NOT PUT CRABS IN WATER
    5. Place something in the pot to keep crabs out of the water
    6. steam for 20-25 min

    Stuffed Shrimp

    1. Preheat oven at baking temp. to 400 °F.
    2. Place stuffed shrimp on sheet pan & put in oven with little water under shrimp
    3. Cook 12-15 minutes until crab starts to brown.
    4. Top caps with imperial topping, bake for 5 minutes until golden brown.
