Nothing pairs with beer quite like crabs – and Kathie Lee, fourth hour television host of NBC’s The Today Show, agrees. Not only that, but she happens to be a particular fan of our fresh savory swimmers, and she announced her adoration during a segment of the show that aired this past summer. It’s one of our favorite moments for the restaurant in 2012, so we thought we’d share as the year comes to a close and we welcome in 2013.
“Honestly, you guys, they’re so unbelievable…have a bite of that, baby!” she told her co-host Hoda Kotb. But what makes them so incredibly delicious? “They don’t put too much bread in it – it’s all crab meat,” Kathie says. And she’s right: our recipe has been fine-tuned to focus on the ingredient that really matters – the crab, not the filling.
