If you’re wondering, All crabs at Costas Inn are flown in daily to ensure only the freshest Louisiana and Texas Gulf delicacies are served at your table. Once they arrive at Baltimore-Washington International Airport they are immediately transported to our door where they will go through an immense sorting process. All of our crabs are hand sorted (over 11,000 crabs are sorted per week) by size and weight to its specific price specification. Once sorted the crabs are skillfully steamed to order and served by our friendly staff. Each crab embodies the excellence and quality Costas Inn strives for in creating what we hope will be an enjoyable dining experience.
