Every year around Easter, Costas Inn sees a surge in orders. Want to try something different this year? Well, the ham can move aside. Make some room for crab cakes to take their rightful place as the centerpiece of your table. Whether it’s brunch, lunch, or dinner that you’re serving, it doesn’t need to be business as usual, so to speak. Holiday routines could stand with some shaking up from time to time, you know!
Plus, this past Monday, March 29th, happened to be our 50th anniversary. With 50 years in business, you can tell we know what we’re doing. It’s kind of a big deal. If you are in the mood for some award-winning seafood (or even the iconic surf-and-turf), get in touch with us!
Shipping, Delivery, and Curbside Pickup
Can’t make it to see out-of-state friends, family, and relatives this year? We are pleased to ship your crab cakes wherever they need to go. Due to the ongoing pandemic, social distancing and mask mandates have made gatherings trickier to coordinate. That’s no problem, as we can, quite literally, deliver! Even if you plan on staying home this weekend, we can bring a massive box of crab cakes straight to you. Say you need some fresh air, but you don’t feel comfortable with the indoor dining experience right now. Well, we’ve got you covered! Take advantage of our curbside pickup service, where you can grab, go, and chow down!
Lamb and Ham: Magnificently Mouthwatering Main Dishes
Our crab cakes are an undisputed champion of meal times all year long. But they’re not always the main event on Easter Sunday. Lamb often outshines ham as the king of these special occasions. Try infusing some springtime vibes by pairing the lamb with salmon. When pan-seared and flaked, the salmon makes a fantastic topper for fennel-and-citrus salads. You could also try poached salmon topped with a dijon cream sauce.
Eye-Popping Meat and Seafood Pairings
Pair up the classic ham with some crab legs! Snow crab legs and king crab legs are both fabulous options. Alternatively, you could also make a unique stuffing for your poultry mains! Roast chicken and turkey aren’t as popular for the Easter banquet. Still, jumbo lump crab meat and our famous crab cakes can turn this magical twist into a yearly tradition. Spring greens and herbs add another dimension of delightful flavor, too!
