First Course (choice of one)
Crab Cake
5 ounces of Jumbo Lump Crab Cake (broiled or fried) served with tartar, cocktail, French fries and cole slaw.
Swordfish & Shrimp
Grilled fillet of seasoned Swordfish, with saute’ed baby Shrimp, topped with a tomato-caper lemon butter sauce. Served with rice pilaf and saute’ed mixed vegetables.
Louisiana Shrimp & Crab Roll
Jumbo Lump Crab lumps & baby Shrimp smothered in Cajun hot sauce, with lettuce, tomato & pepper jack cheese, wrapped in a soft tortilla shell. Served with sweet potato fries.
Chipotle Chicken
Grilled Chicken, baked ham, and melted provolone cheese. Served on a brioche roll with chipotle sauce, mesculin greens and tomato, accompanied with sweet potato fries.
London Broil
Slices of grilled marinated Flank Steak topped with sautéed mushrooms in a Madeira wine sauce, served with whipped potato and sautéed mixed vegetables.
Warm Roasted Vegetable Salad
Leaf spinach, brussel sprouts, caramelized onion, and beets saute’ed with olive oil, ginger & lime. Topped with your choice of: grilled chicken, steak or our fresh catch of the day.
