After a long wait, NFL football has finally returned! And you can bet we’re beyond excited here at Costas Inn. Of course, the season kicks off tonight with the Packers and the Seahawks, two teams that are expected to do well this year. But Baltimore fans know that the season doesn’t really get started until the Ravens take the field at 1 pm on Sunday against the Bengals. After an average 8-8 season last year, the Ravens are looking to show why they were Super Bowl champs of the 2012 season. The birds are back in Baltimore and we can’t wait for them to take the field at home! We’ll be here tonight for the first game of the season, and all day Sunday, and we hope you join us for great food, drinks and football!
And speaking of the birds, let’s not forget about the other birds in Baltimore. The Orioles have a commanding lead in the AL East and are on pace for a playoff birth, and dare we say, a division title? With arms like Miggy’s (congrats on the complete game shutout!) things are looking good. Cheer on Baltimore’s birds with us right here at Costas Inn.
