Here at Costas Inn, we always try to do right by you. We know that coming into our restaurant might not always be feasible, but we’d love to have you! Why not mix things up, and scrap the turkey? Crab cakes and other delicious seafood dishes can make for a fabulous stand-in and bring something new to the table!
Crab Cakes
Our crab cakes are famous, and they’re part of what has made us a Baltimore tradition for almost fifty years! They’re offered in a variety of sizes and can be made gluten-free on request. If curbside pickup is inconvenient for you, then we will gladly ship your order of crab cakes straight to your door. Need your order ASAP? Be sure to order on Monday the 23rd for next-day delivery on the 24th!
Lobster with Seafood Stuffing
Instead of the turkey with all the trimmings, try something more exotic this time around. Lobsters can often pair up with turkeys – this arrangement is more common up north in New England, but you can give it a try, too!
Cornbread Oyster Dressing
This dish might sound odd – after all, who wants this on your salad? It would make for a truly strange twist on the classic crouton. That said, this dressing isn’t what you’re expecting. It’s sweet and savory at the same time. Just trade out the sausage filling for oysters instead. It’s a much healthier alternative and you won’t have to miss out on the yummy flavor either.
Pumpkin Ravioli + Crab Sauce
Thanksgiving is often seen as the culmination of fall. Since the retail festival of Black Friday has been growing in popularity, that means the night is the last stop before the holiday shopping season kicks into high gear. Some places are even open on the evening of Thanksgiving for everyone to walk off their gargantuan meal. Incorporate the last flavors of fall by serving pumpkin ravioli drizzled in a tasty crab sauce that is unbelievably creamy.
Lobster Macaroni and Cheese
Macaroni and cheese is another staple on many Thanksgiving boards. One way to jazz it up and make this classic comfort food a bit fancier for the special occasion is to layer lobster over it. It’s so easy, even first-time Thanksgiving cooks can manage it. For an extra punch of flavor, switch out the traditional cheddar for gruyere!
